Return, Refund, Shipping, Terms Policy

Order Cancellation Refund Policy

Refundable or non-refundable items. Customer has 14 days after receipt to return an non perishable or hygienically compromised item, except those marked as “final sale”. Final sale items are non refundable. Contact us at valiwayboutique@gmail.com for damage items, send pictures of package and item or items to the email. Instructions on returning wrongful damaged items will be emailed within two business days.

You can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing your order by sending an email to valiwayboutique.com with your order number and reasons to cancel.

We will process your order cancellation and refund within 2 - 3 business days.
If your order has been processed, please check the Return Refund Policy below.
Order cancellation for order that has been processed.
Shipment return as a result of the package being denied by customer.
Shipment return as a result of wrong shipping information provided by customer.

If your order has been processed, we provide a 14-day free return policy:

Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt, if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase. we can arrange the refund of the item price. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Item must be in the same condition as shipped. No used or altered item item will be refunded.
Returned items must be the original, unopened box or package.
Upon receiving, we would do a full refund within 2-3 business days.（Not Eligible for Halloween Orders）

If you wish to exchange items, please contact us and process a return first
Upon receiving the tracking number, we will provide you the store credit to place your new order.

Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through USPS. UPS Ground, and Fedex are the only shipping options available.

Any orders purchased after 12:00 PM (MST), or purchases made during a holiday, will be shipped the following business day.

To be eligible for free shipping (in Continental U.S.), the subtotal, which is the total before calculating the taxes and application of discounts, must be over $150.00. Note that items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or International country may not be eligible for reduced shipping.

If the package is returned back to Valiway Boutique due to an error in the shipping information that is not of the sender, the package will be kept and refund will not be issued. However, the package will be resent when the reshipment charge has been covered by the receiver.
